I would have to say it doesn't seem to make a difference to me especially with wine however beer and ale may be worst

Absolutely! My co-workers understand when I have "issues" and my time away from my desk is not any different than someone who has to express thier milk, smoke, eat frequently. etc.

that's a good question, usually i feel a little sick while im eating the food and i can tell wether its gana make me sick or the next morning for sure.

I feel exactly the same way as I was vegetarian before being diagnosed and now my doctor tells me I have to avoid raw fruits and veggies and get more meat in my diet. YUCK!
I now avoid any kind of lettuce or spinach and it's been hard, but I eat more lean meat sandwiches or have a grilled chicken breast for dinner - you can buy the ones that are already cooked so all you have to do is heat them up. Unfortunately, I've always loved cheese so I still find myself eating mac N cheese or pasta with alfredo and stuff like that. As a vegetarian I discovered Boca burger which is vegetable protein and still eat the patties and cook with it with no probem.
In addition to a daily multi vitamin, I've also found that drinking V8 or non-citrus fruit juices like grape or grape-peach help me feel like I'm getting some healthy stuff. See the question from India about what raw fruits and veggies I can tolerate for more info.
